I offer to meet virtually or in person once weekly. These sessions will be 1 hour in length.

Working with me is like having a grounded, supportive guide walking beside you during a season of change. I create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are—overwhelmed, uncertain, grieving, stuck, or still figuring things out. You do not need to have the right words or all the answers before coming in.
My approach is gentle yet intentional. I blend nervous system awareness, mindset support, reflection, and practical tools to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. I’m here to help you untangle what feels heavy, create clarity, and support you as you rebuild trust in yourself through life’s transitions.
