Welcome to Your Healing Journey
About me
You’re not here because something is “wrong” with you.
You’re here because life changed—and it changed you.
I work with individuals navigating major life transitions—diagnosis, brain injury, divorce, loss of a partner—moments where your reality shifts and the life you once knew no longer feels like your own.
Many of my clients feel like they’ve lost themselves. Their needs have changed, their values feel unclear, and the weight of everything—decisions, uncertainty, the future—can feel overwhelming. There’s often a sense of being frozen or left behind, like your world has stopped while everything around you keeps moving.
I understand this not just professionally, but personally. I’ve experienced deep life transitions and moments of grief that felt physically heavy—where the body holds the pain, the mind struggles to make sense of what’s next, and everything feels unfamiliar. I know what it’s like to feel lost, emotionally numb, and unsure of who you are becoming.
Over time, I also came to understand that healing is not only emotional or mental—it can be deeply spiritual. Life transitions often ask us bigger questions: Who am I now? What still matters to me? What am I being called toward? Even in seasons of loss, there can be an invitation to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level and rediscover meaning in ways you may not have expected.
My approach focuses on three core areas: nervous system regulation, identity reformation, and reconnecting with the deeper parts of self. Because real change doesn’t happen when you’re overwhelmed—it happens when your body begins to feel safe again.
Together, we work to gently regulate your system, reduce the intensity of overwhelm, and create space for clarity to return. From there, we begin rebuilding—exploring your evolving needs, redefining your values, reconnecting with your intuition and inner wisdom, and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are now becoming.
This isn’t about rushing or forcing growth. It’s about moving at a pace your system can actually sustain—grounded, intentional, and rooted in self-compassion.
Over time, you begin to feel more in control of your life again.
More present in your body.
More connected to yourself.
Clearer in your decisions.
And from that place, you can start taking intentional steps toward a life that doesn’t just look okay on the outside—but feels meaningful to live in.
If you’re in a season of change and feel like you’ve lost your footing, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it that way. I’d be honored to support you.
